Shipping policy

Processing and Shipping Time (Within the U.S.) 
-Processing time is 3-5 business days (exclude weekends and holidays). 
-Processing time for custom wigs and preorder items is 7-10 business days (exclude weekends and holidays).
-We ship our packages using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery, after processing time is 1-3 business days. 
-Shipping information and tracking will be provided via email as soon as the order is sent out.

Shipping returns (if applicable)** 
-To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O.Box 31382 Chicago Illinois US 60631 
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
-Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
